This house has a main level and a basement! Fully furnished! It has 3 bedrooms and a full couch upstairs and a sectional in the basement! This home is able to accommodate 11 guests comfortably! It has two full bathrooms the upstairs one with a bathtub and the one in the basement has a shower! There is a full kitchen with all of the amenities that you will need. It has a big backyard with a hot tub and a built in pizza brick oven! There is no garage but there is an attached carport. All bedding and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The basement also has a washer and dryer for all laundry!

Nice place for a reasonable price!
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights while vacationing in Spearfish Canyon area! The house was very clean and reasonably priced! Plenty of room for a large family or group!

This is a great home. Perfect for our family. It's in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for quiet mornings with coffee. The home had everything we needed - including a big basement for games and family time! The host was responsive and made the stay easy.

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, walkable to so much! The house was so clean with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and super nice!

Weekend Stay
This was a great place to stay while we had to come to spearfish to be close to town waiting for the arrival of our baby durning a spring storm. The baby decided not to come during the storm so we were able to enjoy relaxing in this very cozy and comfortable vurbo!=)

Cozy home and a nice location
We had a wonderful stay here at the Woodburn home. It is a cute little cozy place that really made us feel at home. This home is very well taken care of, very clean and was accommodating in more than one way! Another plus was that it is located in a nice neighborhood. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here as long as we did. The over all experience was 10/10. We will forever be grateful for this whole experience.

Woodburn.
This was a very nice vrbo. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great after riding our motorcycle on colder days. The attention to detail with a fully stocked kitchen and fully stocked towels by the door for the hot tub was a nice touch! Also very nice that they provided lots of extra travel size toiletries. We enjoyed the basement with the large tv at the end of a long day. Only issue we had was we could not find a remote for living room tv or get it to turn on manually.

Not ultra deluxe but quite comfortable with everything needed. Just a couple minor things that did not affect our stay but might someone else. We could not locate the remote to the living room tv and the lawn was in need of mowing but neither of these things affected our time there and we were quite comfortable and satisfied.

Absolutely over the top PERFECT for us! Lovely and homey, inviting, clean and comfortable, everything we could have possibly needed, we found in this home away from home! Wonderfully equipped kitchen..we found ourselves thinking about what we could return for, so we can stay again!!

Property was nice, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet. Was not happy with only Roku TV as we like to watch live shows, news, sports. Could only watch them if we paid to suscribe. Shower was slippery but if you put a towel down in shower that will help. Did not need to have contact with owner so no opinion on that.

The property was great. Exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group. I would go there again. And it's a perfect location for visiting all the SD areas, i.e., National Parks, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc.

Awesome house for our group
We stayed here for Sturgis motorcycle rally and it was perfect for our group. Great trailer parking and flat covered area to park bikes. Owners were quick to reply with communication when my app wasn’t showing my trip, they were awesome!

Spearfish retreat
The inside of the house was great, clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. All of the appliances worked great. The outside needs some attention, hornet's nest next to the gate, wasp going in the siding at the back of the house. Concrete was cracked and uneven around the step. Their were nails sticking up in the deck had to watch where you stepped. The communication with the host was not great. They don't tell you that you will get the code to get in 1 hr before arrival, when your driving 1400 miles it's nice to know that you have a place when you get there. I tried to contact the host the day we left but nothing but a You'll get the code 1 hr. before arrival!!
