This modern remodeled apartment is the perfect location for your stay in Spearfish! There are two oversized bedrooms – each outfitted with King size beds and two closets, as well as a desk in one of the rooms. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the open living/dining area or step onto your private outdoor patio with side yard (not fenced). You’ll be only 1 mile away from downtown Spearfish with shops, eateries, coffee shops and more all within reach!

*Each stay will include 1 free day pass to Spearfish's newest gym, Level Up. Located about 5 minutes from the property, you and your guests can enjoy access to strength and cardio equipment, sauna, and tanning! Additional day passes can be purchased online.

The apartment building is located just off the main highway for quick access. You are also just up the street from downtown Spearfish, walkable to restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, groceries, and more!
*Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.

*Quiet Hours outside from 10pm-7am. We want to respect others staying at the apartments and provide a peaceful environment to all.
