Cottage #8 is a private oasis with a studio layout. It boasts lovely wood floors, a top-notch foam mattress rated 5 stars, and not one but two TVs—one in each room. Is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin. Inside, you'll find a full-sized stove, fridge, and all the essential cooking supplies you need for a cozy stay.

This is a hybrid property, while we don't have a front desk or on-site staff, rest assured your stay is in professional hands. Our team is ready to assist you daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, and we have 24/7 on-call maintenance.

🚗 Parking: We offer on-site parking as well as street parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are 20 parking spots, plus street parking that's perfect for trailers.

🏠 Location: This property has a total of 12 cottages on the property and you will be close to other cottages. There are no shared walls.

🐾 Pet Etiquette: We're a pet-friendly place, and you may spot some furry friends at neighboring cabins. Please keep your pets on a leash, as it's also a city ordinance. While most guests follow the rules, we can't control everyone, so if any issues arise, we'll address them promptly.

House Rules

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc Should this rule be violated, guest will be liable for a minimum $250 charge.

Up to two dogs are allowed by pre-approval only. No cats, birds, rabbits, etc.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners and
portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 1-2 people. More than two people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by us before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
