As in the last time I stayed in this beautiful little "Happy Place", it is spic and span clean and the hostess is wonderful to work with. Everything is so nice and well thought through to give guests a restful and relaxing stay convenient to everything in town. Thank you for making this available for rent.

We completely enjoyed our stay in this loft. The loft was comfortable, clean & quiet. The creek, which can be seen from a loft window, flowing in the backyard, was an added bonus! We would highly recommend.

Great loft-quiet, comfortable and private. It was nice to be close enough to downtown to walk, but tucked away on a "no through" street that wasn't busy at all. Close to the creek, the city park, city recreation trail, and University. It was perfect for us.

Very nice studio
This cozy studio had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable and the wine and chocolates waiting for us was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to clean up the dog droppings in the backyard so guests can enjoy Spearfish Creek up close. The two dogs were very good boys by the way.

I'd like to stay here again for sure!
I so enjoyed having this studio sized area, less to keep track of. It provided everything I needed: kitchen, good internet, a table for my computer, quiet location, a good furnace, good lighting, VERY clean. I can tell the owners are very particular about their property. Their house appears lovely too. In the summer I can imagine opening the windows and hearing the Spearfish Creek at the edge of the backyard. I guess Spearfish has an extensive bike path (over 7 miles. I didn't get much of my office work done as planned because I had such a great time in Spearfish, Spearfish Canyon, Deadwood/Lead, Rapid City & Mt Rushmore. The Black Hills has a lot of good people, good places and good faces (just like the slogan says!)

This apartment was perfect. It had everything needed to cook food, which we cooked and ate breakfast there. Spearfish Creek which is behind the apartment was a true pleasure. Our first night there, the weather was cool and we slept with the windows open and the rushing water from the creek was so soothing and relaxing. There were nice city parks down the block. Be sure to check out the "memory park". The owner left us a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift which we enjoyed. Joann (the Owner) communicate with us before we arrived and I did get to meet her before we left. She made sure our stay was relaxing and we didn't need anything else. Everything was within walking distance to get good food and drinks. Our favorite restaurant was Antunez. Thank you Joann for sharing your apartment, and I'll definitely be back.
