"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

Old furniture, doors that don’t close properly, kitchen that is not set up for cooking, lumpy bed and generally old stuff. It resembles my grandma’s house in the 1960’s."

"Doug was super responsive and quick to answer any and all questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views all around. My kids enjoyed feeding the cows and hanging out on the porch. The house felt very personal and lived in which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, it provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We made lots of memories and overall had a great time."

The screened in porch with gas fireplace was a nice touch. Communication with the representative was very fast and any questions we had were answered very quickly.
