"We stayed in Cameo Cottage for 2 nights in July this year. Directions for finding the property were spot on. The cottage was very clean and the setting was tranquil. Everything was provided for us a home from home! The hot tub was most welcome as the weather this weekend was very not. We would thoroughly recommend Cameo Cottage for us it was perfect. "We were greeted by our host who had kindly allowed us to deposit our luggage ahead of moving into the cottage. The cottage itself is cosy and well appointed with an Aga stove in the kitchen that keeps the cottage warm. It has a small but well kept garden with table and chairs for outside dining if desired. Also parking for two cars. We took some wonderful trips in the area where many of the villages have thatched cottages. There is a post office and village shop close by and local pubs within...

"Enjoyed our holiday, the area is truly beautiful waking up to ponies standing in front of the property. Would just make some suggestions. Three ceiling lights in lounge are out, the lights in the dining area flicker constantly clearly a minor problem I’m sure. Light in fridge also out. These are minor issues and I mention them as constructive criticism. Lisa the owner is lovely and keeps contact throughout your booking."
