Breezy Island Cottage: A Private Bahamian Escape

Nestled in the heart of the island on a tranquil cul-de-sac, our home offers the perfect escape for couples, small families, or friends in search of relaxation.

Sea Catch Cottage is loved dearly by the owners, who have equipped and decorated the home as their own.

As an overview of our cottage layout, the main house "Sea Catch" offers a queen bedroom, bathroom, and pull-out couch that can sleep an additional two people. Our newly built backyard unit "Itty Bitty" offers a private bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. This is the perfect add-on for couples traveling together and families with older children as it offers extra comfort, convenience, and privacy during your stay.

Sea Catch is a magical place to stay. The cottage was clean and spacious. Rick was gracious and helped out with logistics and responded quickly to questions. highly recommended!

This was a perfect little cottage for our family of 3. We extended our trip and needed a place for a few extra days. The neighbors and neighborhood were friendly and quiet. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was very helpful with any questions.

A break from the boat
Great cottage, everything you need! Aptly named as the breezes blew thru the windows nicely. Our boat was getting a bottom job at R&B Boatyard and the 3 nights we stayed there were a welcome break from the boat. Thank you Ricardo and Scott for getting us the golf cart.

Piece of Paradise
Spanish Wells is one of our favorite vacation spots. Great people, great food, and the most beautiful beaches and water. Sea Catch was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and nestled on a private lot. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

Great stay
I stayed a relaxing week at Sea Catch. It was a comfortable and clean home at the end of a quiet street. The location is very convenient with a short 10 min walk to the beach or a 5 minute walk to the grocery store. The entire island is walkable and safe. The TV has all streaming services you may need and the Sirius satellite radio is also nice. I certainly enjoyed and recommend.

Great location , close to excellent grocery store . Full kitchen and back deck with BBQ. Very comfortable cottage , spacious for two, would accommodate 3-4 without difficulty . Very friendly community. Excellent restaurant at Far East end (Shipyard) and great food also at Buddhas on 12th.

Lovely Spanish Wells Property, Perfect for Couples
Very well located in the middle of Spanish Wells, close to the main supermarket, walking distance to Beach and Boat Dock. Owner organised us transfers with Pinders from ELH airport, Housekeeper greeted us at Spanish Wells dock. Offered us use of their golf cart. Very helpful. House is perfect size for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells. Highly recommend Da Salty Pig for boat excursion. Thanks

Amazing island getaway
We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Catch! Super easy location and very easy to get around the island. It's very close to the grocery store, and Sea Catch really had anything/everything you'd need to enjoy all that Spanish Wells has to offer. Lorraine and Linda were SO helpful and kind, thank you! Comfortable bedroom, living area and kitchen with plenty of space! A housekeeping comment - we'd recommend trimming down the vegetation on the entry walkway a little bit! :)

Awesome, comfortable and well maintained!
Sea Catch is an awesomely amazing cottage. It has everything you could ever want to cook with in the kitchen, which blessed me because we cook when we're on vacation. The cottage was clean, well maintained and the bed is so comfortable. There is a DVD player, TV in bedroom and living room, comfy sofa and love seat. MP3 and other items for your pleasure. The pergola was a restful place to be outside with chaise lounges, dining table and chairs. The front porch is another place to relax and see the area. Everything is pretty much in walking distance or by golf cart to Sea Catch; grocery store and Kathy's Bakery 5 minute walk and the grocery store delivers for a very small $5 fee. I would go back to Sea Catch in a heartbeat! It was an awesome 10 night stay. The owner Linda is a very nice person who responded to all emails promptly during the reservation and question period. While there we had no real issues other than no toilet paper and the store would not open until three days later, but the manager, Lorraine came through with toilet paper for us soon after she was called. You will enjoy your stay in Spanish Wells and a Sea Catch! By the way there is guestbook that lists all the restaurants and other services on the island. We ate once at the Sand Bar and the food was good even for vegans as we are:-). Veggie burger and fries and a no cheese, no meat pizza..yummy!

Hidden gem
Always enjoy my stay here, it’s a great place and in the perfect location. The main house is perfect for one or two guests and has everything you need. Ricardo is easy to work with and always available to answer any questions or assist with anything you need. Look forward to my next visit.

Absolutely Perfect!!
Already missing Spanish Wells and Sea Catch! The house was exactly as pictured/ described and had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was very smooth- the owners and Scott, the property manager, were very quick with replies and helped with anything we needed. House was clean and super cozy! Had plenty of beach and bath towels, all the kitchen amenities, and the back deck was awesome. Located close to everything and the grocery store was right around the corner. Everyone was SO friendly. Could not recommend this place more and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit! 10/10!!

Exactly why we go to SW!
Perfect little house for a single visiting friends or a couple. Very clean, well equipped and great location on the end of a cute street. Little known fact is you don't necessarily need to be on the beach in SW as we spend most of our days on a boat we rent. Thx for sharing your house!
