Crabcakes and crab linguini from crabs caught using the traps on the deck. An extremely well equipped kitchen. Very responsive owner. A lovely vacation spot all round. "

"We truly felt like norman and ethyl from the On Golden Pond movie. A historical cabin on the river. Lots of room, lots of wood architecture. Yes there were critters but it only added to the story. Yes we had snow and cold but there were plenty of quilts to burrow under. Bluebirds and dolphins made us smile. It was hard to leave."

"We did not stay at this property. We went to the location and the surrounding area was not as portrayed. There were overgrown weeds everywhere, an abandoned camper and an abandoned military vehicle, a building that looked abandoned with a washer and dryer on the outside of the house and was just overall a very sketchy area. The boards on the front of the house were rotting. We told the owner that we did not feel safe staying there with our newborn and asked for a refund due to the fact that none...

"The owners were great to work with. The location was absolutely beautiful, its on a point & the sunset is georgeous. The house was as stocked as we have ever seen. This location is close to everything, you can get to most places you want to go in about 20 minutes. Lots of good resturants close by."
