"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"My partner and Ioved staying here for our first little getaway together. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook dinner, the WiFi was good enough for us to watch Disney+ and it was closed to Cambridge park and ride for a day out. Would recommend and stay again. "

"Very large property, lots of space in kitchen/diner and two living rooms, plus utility room. Family party of seven seniors, felt very at home here. Kitchen had just about everything, you just had to find where things were. Four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin bedded. Onsuite bathroom with the master bedroom. Fairly large secluded garden, with several outdoor seating areas. Quiet area, easy parking for 3 – 4 vehicles. Very quick responses from excellent, obliging host. Only improvement...

Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. "Small but cosy annex. Kettle, mugs, tea, coffee etc provided. Bed comfortable. Only useful for short stays as no kitchen facilities but plenty of pubs and eating places a short trip away. We stayed for 4 nights and managed with no problems. Would recommend."

"Good location close to town centre. Parking is great. Well equiped house, easy for a family."

"Stayed for a few days after Christmas. Ages from 7 to 68, and all felt comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Able to cook large roast dinner. Smaller oven a little difficult to access but can be done. Hot tub loved by all. Microwave, games machine, large Tv all available. Large enclosed garden. Owner reply’s to enquiries almost immediately. Excellent service. Thank you very much."

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"The barn was beautifully restored and full of interesting features. Comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need and extra generous touches. The hosts lived opposite and were frienldy and helpful."

"Plentiful parking in the main Raptor Foundation car park. Check in was easy, in the building which is also a gift shop. The room (room 3) was huge - microwave and fridge included. Bathroom was a wet room which I thought might be very cold but the room is centrally heated, including the bathroom. Shower isn’t very powerful but does the job. "It was the best place I’ve stayed at in Peterborough so far. Clean, nice, and central. Only criticisms are the shower door was broken/not attached properly ( I expect this was a previous resident and hasn’t been noticed yet) and that the double bed was 2 singles with a double sheet over it, so I kept waking up falling down the middle! But with that said, it was a decent place and I will likely return. "

"Comfortable and spacious room, paintwork in need of a little touch up in places, bathroom excellent, room a touch warm at night, hotel parking good, Christmas decorations and ambience excellent. We did not have breakfast either day, but had coffee with friends, very good and swift service"
