"This is a ground-level apartment with a second level above. The apartment was clean, relatively modern, and only one block from beach access. Neighborhood seemed safe. A number of small amenities were provided, including coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It was quiet, except for footsteps in the apartment above. You can hear every step. Negatives include no dishwasher, weak water pressure in the shower, and a small TV. But it was worth the...
