"Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best. "

"Aceasta cazare la doamna Rodica (mama proprietarilor) a fost pur și simplu perfectă. În primul rând vreau să remarc cat de ușor a fost să comunic ei. Doamna Rodica este atât de caldă și atentă la orice detaliu. Cazarea în sine este extraordinară. Ai la dispoziție mese, grătare, piscină, saună, jacuzzi, și balcoane la fiecare cameră (dacă la etaj).
