"The property was comfortable and quirky but there were a few issues with very sparse equipment for self catering. Also surprised that we are asked as guests to clean after the stay."

"l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !"

"IMPOSIBLE DORMIR. Zona de ocio toda la noche la gente gritando, mucho tránsito de coches, claxón, coches derrapando. Para no volver. El water en el comedor, el lavabo en la habitación. Cuando salías del water te golpeabas con la caja de luces. "

"The apartment was in a perfect location. There were many restaurants close by and such a close location to the Saone River. The owner was quickly responsive to us (had an issue with internet)."

"Well situated but it is an attic so you need to be careful of sloping ceilings. Well equipped but one large and one small towel each for 7 days was a bit mean. Also the towels were quite old. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Taxis cannot drive to the door as it is a narrow steep street for residents only. You have to walk your luggage down to the main street."

"I booked this place for my mother over the course of one week. During my mother’s stay, Marc and his family showed my mother and I so much hospitality and kindness, and treated us like family. As well as this, the public transport to Lyon’s city centre was a short bus ride from a nearby bus stop, which made commuting into the city much easier. Thank you again for the lovely stay. "The pictures are accurate. The kitchen appliances all worked as expected. The washer/dryer actually washed and dried. The location is very good. Buses run often, footbridge over river is 200m, nice little shops on the street such as the Pochat Boulangerie-Pâtisserie and easy access to the walkway at river level. But be aware of: 1 - low head space in some places. a. entry to toilet: At 1.7m tall, the entry is at your forehead. At 1.6m, you fit. b. cabinets over sink: At 1.7m or taller you may...

"Nice apartment in good location. Check-in process was easy although messages sent the day before to confirm we’re not responded to so called early on day of arrival. Apartment is definitely stylish with some unique pieces which is great but needs to get some of the basics of comfort down first. For example, instead on 6 decorative cushions on the bed, maybe invest in quality pillows for a good night’s sleep. The corkscrew provided was of such poor quality that it broke trying to open a bottle....

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Le Cocon de Soie Résu. It is centrally located, in easy walking distance to Lyon’s historic center and with many places of interest and good restaurants, bakeries, etc. nearby. The apartment, and descriptions to gain access to it, were perfect, and I could not have asked for a better place to explore this wonderful city. "Very clean. AC works well in all rooms. Extremely spacious and nice layout. Location is also perfect due to being in the old city but on a side street. Highly recommended."

Rideaux de bain douteux et joints de carrelage moisis. Brosse des WC dans un état pitoyable Et pour commencer la quête de la clé s'apparente à un jeu de piste avec une épreuve de contorsion pour la récupérer.
