The dining room and lounge had excellent service and food and drinks. A little futile trying to get helpful morning room service but lots of cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Overall a positive experience staying at Grant Hall. "

"I struggled to turn the TV on and off again. I honestly don't know which buttons I pushed to make it do what I wanted it to do. The water was shut off when I arrived. It was about 2 hours before I could wash up. The staff was very friendly and helplful. I appreciated all of their consideration immensely."
