"The location is beautiful. Villas face the estuary and the units are well separated so they’re quiet. It’s an easy walk to the river mouth and Ocean Beach. There’s lots of nature - birds, swans, pelicans, kangaroos and a farm next door with cows. Great that dogs are allowed. Unfortunately internet connection is weak but it’s good to disconnect for awhile."

Communication could have been better ..didnt get any reply to a basic question about parking . However overall we...
