Excellent room as advertised spotless. Nice fireplace. Their cancelation policy sucks. My date got sick so I had to go alone. No refund even though I bought your insurance!!! No exchange of dates which I could have done after Christmas. The internet worked well. Room was heated before I got there. ...

"We only stayed one night but will be back! We were greeted with champagne and a hot lavender scented towel at checkin. The rooms are on the smaller side but it was clean and comfortable. Such a cool old hotel! They had complementary cookies. The bar/restaurant downstairs had great food and live music. We skipped their continental breakfast and went to a local restaurant for breakfast…it was great too! "
