"The home needs a lot of updates. The bathroom walls had cracks and there was no water pressure and only luke warm water in the shower and sink. The bedrooms had sheer type drapes and you could see outside and inside with the homes right next to each other. The kitchen cabinets were greasy, the freezer had lots of food in it mostly expired. "The room was clean and having reserved parking was optimal. The check in/out process worked well for us. The furniture, especially the mattress really need replaced. They look fine and are clean but are clearly past their life as far as wear is concerned. Also if you are going have white towels, replace them when they are stained. "
