Upon entry, we were immediately pleased. In fact, we booked again for next year during the first day. Host Christie provided supplies like soap, coffee, sweetner, TP, paper towel, cleaning supplies, 2 bags of ice, firewood, sponge, etc. Equipment included a commercial grade firepit, new heavy duty easy-to-use grill just steps outside our door, toaster oven, magic bullet for blending, electric stovetop with pots, pans, stovetop griddle, and frying pan, coffee maker, AC and ceiling fan in both the living room and bedroom, and for cooler times, small gas heaters that look like fireplaces in both rooms. But the big deal for us was the 180 view of the harbor from the deck (where we ate our meals when there) and even from the living/dining room. We could open the windows in the living/dining area on two sides and turn on the ceiling fan, and get a wonderful cross breeze. Another awesome thing was the firepit, where we made s'mores and looked up at the stars. The property is within walking distance to the main street of SW Harbor and just diwn the street from Abels Lobster Pier, which also has good pick up to 900 PM.
