Harbor Ridge Resort is a 40-unit complex sitting high on a ridge overlooking Somes Sound, the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains of Acadia National Park.
The clubhouse has an Indoor heated swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Game Room, and on-site video rentals. There is a Playground, an outdoor Tennis court, Horseshoe Pits, Fire Pit, Cornhole game, and Charcoal Barbecue picnic areas. Enjoy the scenic views at this unique and tranquil getaway.
THE SPACE
This spacious 2BR/2.5BA townhouse spans three stories.
Upper Level: Master bedroom with King-size bed, a lounge chair for reading a good book, and a full Bathroom.
Middle Level: Entry Level with a half-Bathroom with a stackable Washer and Dryer unit, the Living room / Dining area, and a fully equipped Kitchen. The Living Room has a pull-out Sleeper Sofa, Television, and DVD player. The Kitchen includes a Full-sized Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Pot, Toaster, Blender, eating and cooking utensils. Should you decide to have a lobster and clam feast, the unit is equipped with a lobster pot.
Lower Level: Full Bathroom and second Guest Bedroom with 2 Full-sized beds.
Nearby Acadia National Park offers some of the best and most scenic hiking trails in the country. Some of the pictures provided in the listing were taken by our family during our last stay in 2023.
GUEST ACCESS
Your unit is private, but since this is a Resort property, Amenities will be shared with other guests (Pool, Hot Tub, Club House, Outdoor Games, etc).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. If a security deposit is required, it will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.
- Harbor Ridge Resort is professionally managed and operated. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay. Office Hours: 8am to 5pm; Mon-Fri. Lobby / Check In Hours: 8:00am to 8pm; Sat-Sun.
- Check In time is 4:00pm and Check Out time is 9:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability.
- LATE Check In: If you think you will be arriving after 9:00pm on Saturday, make sure to notify the Office / Front Desk. The Office / Front Desk will provide a code for you to pick up your key from the Lock Box. The Lock Box is located to the left of the Front Door of the Club House. The next morning be at office by 10am to complete the Sign In process.
- PARKING: FREE parking is provided to all guests at Harbor Ridge Resort. The parking spot immediately in front of a guest’s unit is that unit’s assigned spot. The space in between can be used by any guest with a second vehicle. If any unit has a third vehicle, it must be parked at the Clubhouse. Please keep the designated walkways clear and please only park on pavement, do not park on the grass.
- HOUSEKEEPING: You have access to your own Washer and Dryer available in your unit. Just remember that you will need to provide your own Laundry Detergent. Should you desire a professional Mid-Week cleaning, please notify the Front Desk 48 hours in advance. They will charge you $75.00. A full towel exchange is available for $15.00, and a linen exchange is $5.00 per bed.
- Bedding linens, Blankets, Pillows are provided. However, if you need additional items for bedding, pillows, or blankets / comforters during your stay, please bring your own, as the Front Desk will NOT be able to provide extra bedding or pillows.
- Although basic bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, I highly recommend you bring some of your own if your family members have their own favorite pillows or blankets.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofas during your stay, I definitely recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.
- Bath and Hand towels are provided for you and will be inside your unit when you arrive.
- Check Out Tasks: Please see photos section with a picture of the Check-Out tasks. They are minimal but requested by the Resort Management team. You will also find this list in your unit in the information package provided.
