"Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation. He was helpful in every way possible. The boat is comfortable and welcoming. It is quiet and the water is calm. "Firstly, Cpt Ron is a sweetheart ❤. The original boat cookie B was unavailable so we stayed on the Kayla Leigh instead. Captain Ron is very friendly and informative, we enjoyed the stay and chatting with him and his lovely wife. It was my first time on a small boat overnight and it takes a little getting used to being a tall girl, 😁 outside of adjusting to the shower/toilet situation I had a great stay! Highly recommended and I would book again. "

"Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! "
