"This is a great spot for your beach vacation. It’s within an easy walk to the beach, fishing pier, 4 great restaurants, a coffee shop, a little bar, and a burger shack. It feels like a classic beach bungalow with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom is very small but usable. WiFi worked great and the porch with fenced in front yard gives you a perfect spot to relax."

The cottage is comfortable and there are board games, pet toys and a kitchen that holds all the items you need except the food to prepare a meal. The decorations are tasteful and not overdone. This is a very comfortable and charming place for a visit to Oak Island. "

"Everything stated about this was exactly true! It was close, quiet and loved the screened in porch for late night chats. The home was clean and everything worked as designed. The communication with agent, excellent! No recommendations for improvement. We were on the move so not a lot of time actually spent there. Was able to store our E bikes in the front screened porch area. I would definitely rent this property again!! Close to eating and drinking places along with a neat bike/walking trail...

"We had a wonderful time walking everywhere. We thought the house worked fine for us it was small but we had plenty of room. Very happy the house had three bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately for me, the grandmother, I had to go to the hospital & ended up having emergency abdominal surgery that same day . Another good thing to know is that the closest hospital to the house is wonderful."

"Family get together. My wife, my dog, and I stayed at the home. It was fantastic. Dog beds in every room and it had everything you needed for kitchen and bath. Our dog loved it. Will definitely plan on coming back again."

Ms. Pat is an awesome host. My family and I are looking forward to possibly staying for our third time next year. "
