"This is a large hotel near downtown Waterbury, and maybe one of the few good choices. The parking situation is a little weird, as you have to park in a large structure nearby. But the staff is really helpful with any issues. There's a basic breakfast you can purchase at the cafe. If you have to be in Waterbury, this is a decent place to end up."

"The Goodwin is a masterpiece if you wanna have a really nice time great vibe great staff with a charm like if you’re home go to the Goodwin the area around it is a little sus, but it’s downtown Hartford. What do you expect as far as the Goodwin, it’s an amazing place to stay! "

"Check in was fast and staff friendly. Not very happy with $25 parking fee. Dining on the 19th floor was enjoyable. Dan the bartender very cordial."
