If you're visiting for a golf outing, our home is only a 10 minute drive to Pinehurst No. 2, and even closer to a handful of other courses. The communication with the property manager was great! The house was beautiful and just as pictured and described. Perfect for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready the morning of her wedding. Very clean and accommodating. Great little town of Southern Pines.

This VRBO was a perfect spot to stay when visiting family who live at Penick Village. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and well located. We will definitely be coming back!

Comfy Cottage in The Middle of the Action
This home is close to all the Southern Pines area has to offer. Great restaurants, golf, horse shows, shopping, etc. The house is very comfortable and decorated in a very cute, homey style. Communication with the owner was extremely easy and he was very responsive. Our second stay here was as good as our first. Here's to a third in our future!

Visiting Family at Penick
We love this property and have stayed here twice to visit family at Penick. It is walkable to Penick and downtown, has off street parking and is clean and quiet. We will be back!

The house was the perfect location for access to SPGC and Pinehurst. Easy walk to downtown with great food opitons. Chapmans was a definite favorite!

Our stay was perfect. The host let us know that he was available if needed and proactively checked in to make sure we were satisfied or needed anything. I would highly recommend this place. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops and is located near plenty of golf courses. A+

Lovely Southern Pines cottage
We loved our visit! House was more than accommodating and spacious for our group of 5 plus a dog. The backyard was wonderful for letting the dog run and play. We did not use the kitchen much but seemed very well stocked and had a great choice of coffees for the morning. Jim was very easy to contact and communicate with. Would 100% recommend and return!

Great house, great location!
This house is just as described in the listing, great rooms and kitchen, really big master suite. We stayed in the winter, so didn’t spend much time outside. Communication with the host was super quick, he even let us extend our stay when we had a Thanksgiving emergency. One of the best locations in Southern Pines, walkable to everything downtown.

Visiting our great grandmother in the nearby nursing home, this house was perfect. Just 3 houses away from the facility. Very clean, well appointed home. Jim was great with communication. Will definitely stay again if we can!

Stay on E. Maine in Southern Pines
This was our second time staying in Jim's place. The house is very nice and in a great location with easy walking distance to downtown Southern Pines. Jim is very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Southern Pines!
