"Very comfortable, elegant "rustic" large hotel. Excellent breakfasts, comfortable room. Some interpretative advertising in terms of views...Were offered room with view of lake and instead had a view on a very large pine tree which completely obstructed view (would have appreciated heads up and offer to relocate at time of check-in, prior to unpacking) Hotel did offer alternate accommodation when we expressed our disappointment but we had already unpacked and chose in the end not to move. Otherwise, staff very friendly. Property impeccably clean and quiet. Would recommend."

"Good hotel for a 2 day stopover in Puerto Varas. Comfortable bed and decent linens. Room was a bit on the small side and got hot with the afternoon sun. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff polite and friendly. Would recommend. "
