"We stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't fault the property! Perfect for us travelling as a family with a 6 year old child. We have family in the area so when we come back will definitely be staying here again!!! 10 out of 10"

"Beautiful view and a great suite. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Comfortable inside and out. Beachport itself is very small and we only found one restaurant (takeaway) open for supper, so it’s best to plan to cook. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"A little isolated but we loved that. House perfect for us and our furry mate. Plenty of walks close by and Beachport only a short drive away. Would recommend the house to anyone"

"Beach house is lovely and clean. House is a short walk to the town and beach. The owner is easy to communicate with. Overall the whole trip was very pleasant and great. "

"The meals were very generous and good pub fare. The room was not heated at all, so be aware in winter it's cold!! An electric blanket would have been helpful. That said, the blankets were warm. Wifi didn't work in the rooms, so we weren't able to watch anything or plan the next day (no tv). Wifi worked in the shared lounge and in the bar. It was clearly a grand hotel in its day, nice that not too much has been modernised. "

"Quiet and peaceful. Rustic charm with almost everything that was required. The cons were that the heating/cooling system was very noisy and drowned out the TV whenever it cut in. The shower was barely adequate due to water pressure and being over the bath entirely unsuitable for elderly or disabled. The mattresses are VERY firm resulting in poor, uncomfortable sleep so we left property a day earlier than planned. Overall, expensive for the amenities provided but if you are looking for a rustic experience and young enough to cope with the discomfort then this may be the place for you."
