Nice enough room, everything else is terrible.
There was no checkin process, info, guidance etc. Pretty much have to figure everything out yourself, including where the front door is. Gotta download a janky app to unlock the doors and then you have to specifically ask for the wifi details before they’re provided. The host is available until 3pm, which strangely is also when earliest check in is. Average response time was somewhere between 2-3 hours.
We were supplied a single roll of toilet paper and a single coffee pod between two people for three nights. We asked for more of both and it took something like 28 hours and a reminder before they were actually given. Literally had to have a shower after using the toilet. The iron was terrible quality, leaked water and was broken etc. I had to iron my shirt for 45 minutes and it was still creased, have never had that experience before.
There was also no drinking glasses, which is just weird. There were some mugs but I thought it was just a strange thing to not have in a kitchen. Also there is a washing machine but nothing to hang your clothes out to dry on, nor a dryer (so far as I could tell).
The room was clean, bed comfy, and the wifi was reasonably quick but the area is dodgy. We had a dog (inside the building) barking for maybe the first four hours of our stay and neighbours having screaming matches in the next building. Those factors didn’t affect my rating as they’re not within the host’s control but it is something I’d have wanted to be able to read in reviews.
