"Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. Once inside, contacted the 800 number since no one on site. maintenance person lived hour away…but (un)fortunately was already on his way b/c another family was unable to get into their room. "Condo was less than expected. Fans in bathroom didn't work or when they did i was waiting for a fire. Every step the upstairs neighbors took could be heard, not to mention the squeeking floor. The hot tub is supposed to be 18+ only, but every evening a group of teens would congregate, play music and drink alcohol, making it so the adults couldnt use the hot tub.
