"My wife and I spent our anniversary at Shinola. The staff went above and beyond to make our time there special. We received champagne upon check-in. We also were brought a complementary bottle of wine! We also realized we wanted a room with a tub and when we inquired about the front desk helped us get an awesome room with an incredible view of Woodward and a tub. This was our 3rd stay at Shinola and we loved every second! "

"When we first got there I wasn’t impressed with the concrete floors. The bed was comfortable. Room was a little small but still nice. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The staff its self is the reason we will book with them again. "
