"Staff was generally friendly. Wanted to use the pool but it wasn’t heated like advertised and was too cold. Had breakfast at the restaurant and the 1 person working did not pay attention to our order or what we were saying and kept bringing us the wrong stuff. There was only 3 people total in the restaurant at the time. Parking lot needs work, lots of holes. The beds were not very comfortable, my back is hurting quite a bit after this stay. "Free shuttle bus to airport was helpful and came on time. I prepaid on Expedia for my hotel and they didn’t let me know upon check in that there was a refundable incidentals charge, causing me to be very confused when it popped up on my credit card. Other than that, great hotel and friendly staff! "
