"Landscaping was spectacular and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the lake. Baths and bedrooms very clean. Plenty of charging ports. Terrible mold and mildew smell in lower level. Number of hazards noted, handrail missing on stairs, no lights on outdoor stairway, thermostat access by leaning over the stairs. The property needs a good deep cleaning."

"The house on the lake is clean and very cute. A few things to keep in mind… The stairs to the loft are VERY steep and VERY narrow. So both adults and small children may struggle to get up and down, especially with any type of luggage. There are no closets or dressers for your clothes so maybe bring hangers and a hook for behind the door. Everything else was perfect. "

"My brother, sister and I were looking for a property that reminded us of our family vacations at a lake in New Hampshire. This house was perfect: gorgeous view of the lake, comfortable bedrooms, nice amenities, pretty decor and a working fireplace! Two suggestions: a light marking the driveway for late arrivals, and a few extra blankets in the bedrooms. Otherwise, just great. And thanks for arranging the lovely early spring weather, too!"

"My family just spent a lovely week in this cottage. We came from CA and met up with my son who is an east coast college student, gathering our family to relax together in the peace of the countryside. While this cottage looks small on the outside, it actually has two spacious bedrooms, an office, a tv room, a living room, kitchen and laundry/mud room. It was the perfect size for the four of us. We had a blazing fire in the fireplace; we had all we needed to cook great meals; we felt so at home...
