"Position was good for conference. Room had view of lane and garbage bins. It was generally quiet. Our room was last serviced on 2nd floor so I returned at approximately 3-4 pm to unserviced room which I the vacated to have cleaned. I had been out all day. This on the 2 full days we stayed. Room was small but comfortable the bathroom excellent and very clean and tidy. It also appeared reasonably fresh and fittings new. "Excellent location. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Short walk to Rod Laver arena. Friendly staff. Easy check in. The bathroom was rather unclean though. Visible dust and hair on the floor. "
