"The room was clean and larger than expected. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very pleasant surprise compared to downtown Memphis locations I've been to. Only downfall was the pillows were not comfortable. "

"Well, that was fun. Where else can you get a room with a view of a store sales floor? In our case, our balcony overlooked the boat area, so we could see fish swimming around. It was cool. More food options would have been nice, but we found a great place for breakfast nearby."
