"The amazing views and the exceptional staff is what makes this property so special. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible - so warm and welcoming! I would like to especially recognize Queena, Clayton, Shi and Pamela. Also Russell and Lynn for accommodating my dietary restrictions. The only person I think may benefit from some coaching is McCal in the Cedar Room restaurant. He was not very friendly and actually snapped at me during one of my interactions with him....

"I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...
