This tiny home is perched on the edge of a serene blue gum forest, offering stunning views of the expansive pine forest nearby. It's one of the best holiday homes in Western Australia, located close to towns like Balingup, renowned for its Annual Medieval Carnivale, held on the last weekend of August. In addition to this event, Balingup offers local cafes with excellent coffee and a welcoming atmosphere.
For those seeking adventure, Golden Valley Tree Park features scenic walking trails and picturesque picnic spots.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas.
What's more, we are happy to rent out our personal caravan for people with families. We can rent that out at $50 per night. They will need to bring their own bedding though. Please pay directly to the land host.

- Firewood provided for free (Total fire ban start from 15th Dec 2024 until April 2025)
- Pets are allowed by prior notice
- No unregistered guests allowed
- BBQ grill is available over the firepit
- We ask guests to bring their own drinking water
- Telstra has good signal, while the rest has no signal
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out in courtesy of other guests
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We don't have any pets, but occasionally, our neighbors' cows may wander onto our property
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
