"Eli was very prompt in answering my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The location was great, near lots of food options and a grocery store. The floors were not the cleanest, rug and stairs needed carpet cleaning. The wooden stair railing at the top of the stairs were not as sturdy (can be moved), which made us nervous when my children went near the stairs. Loved that the place included a gate at the top of the stairs. Overall, there were more positives than negatives....
