The Space:
Summer Breeze makes me feel fine, down in Yarmouth, Cape Cod. Down the road from stunning Windmill Beach, Bass River, and conveniently located to all the fun amenities of the Upper Cape. Enter this home through the mudroom, a great addition to any Cape home, keeping the sand out and the fun in. Step into a sun soaked living room, with comfortable seating for your TV watching pleasure (please note: fireplace not for guest use). Two of the home's three bedrooms are off of the living room, the first right housing a bedroom with a queen bed, and the second right housing the primary bedroom with a king size bed. Through the living room to your left, you’ll find the third and final bedroom, complete with queen bed and easy access to the home’s full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Past the living room and to your right, the fully equipped kitchen welcomes you in, complete with a quaint eating area for your morning breakfast. As you walk through the kitchen, you will surely be drawn to the formal dining room, practically doubling as a sunroom as it is surrounded on three sides by large windows.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a propane grill, an outdoor shower, and central A/C. And be sure to relax in the Adirondack chairs outdoors on the side patio!

Cute and quiet escape
Very cute and has all the little needs. Washer and dryer are a plus for a family. Close to the beach, restaurants,grocery store.

Great spot!
It was a good house for our family of four and two small dogs. Great big yard in front facing road and nice little patio area. Outdoor shower was awesome - AMAZING water pressure! Was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to start our vacation. Windmill beach and river road at the end of the street made for a beautiful little walk/run in the neighborhood. Great location.

What an excellent experience !
What a wonderful vacation, the home was spotless, fun design, so nice and comfortable, just my wife and dogs in this beautiful Home. loved the outdoor seating area with the nice teak furniture , so comfortable , it seemed like any thing you could need was supplied by our host . the neighborhood was so nice to walk our dogs through and the other homes were so beautiful and well kept . The home next to us was also a Delmar retail and the people who were next to us were so nice. We had needed to contact our host on a couple of occasions and every one was so nice. Would highly recommend !

The area was beautiful and great for walks and bike rides. So close to beaches and town, but also felt private. We hope to stay here again in the future!
