Located close to Nantucket Sound, Lewis Pond, and two minutes from Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, one of the Cape’s premiere adventure golf courses, come live the Salt Life this summer!

A rich blue exterior welcomes you as you approach this newly-renovated, single-story home. Enter into a modern living room with tall, vaulted ceilings. A unique fireplace completes the seating area, perfect for warming up after a dip in Nantucket Sound. The remodeled kitchen sits under the same vaulted ceiling, perfect for cooking while still chatting with friends and family in the adjacent living room. Sleeping eight comfortably, this three bedroom, two full bath vacation destination is exactly what you need to continue your relaxation after returning from the beach.

Three spacious bedrooms are spread throughout the home. The master bedroom, complete with an en suite full bathroom, has a brand new comfortable king size bed and sizable closet. The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for the kiddos, complete with two bunk beds, four twin mattresses total. The second bathroom is adorned with beautiful, dark blue tile and gold fixtures, directly across from the second and third bedrooms.

Freshly renovated and absolutely clean house. The proximity to the beach truly makes this house great. Property manager is quick at responding back. Just note that there’s nothing in the backyard and the left of house is a large old motel inn.

The property was updated and clean, in a good location. A little skimpy on cooking pots and pans, also the oven doesn't work. Bedrooms need a dresser or armoir for clothes

Close to the beach
Overall I liked this house. The house is very close to the beach. The main living area is beautiful. The beds are comfortable However, the bedrooms could use a bureau or a chest of drawers for storage. The master bathroom lacked any storage. The shower in master bathroom only had lukewarm water. The other bathroom shower and the outside shower had hot water so I am not sure what what was going on. If the issues I mentioned were addressed this house would be perfect.

This house was adequate for our stay. The location was good, it was clean and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms (although the en suite layout was super tight). The biggest issue we had was that the refrigerator beeped 3 times every 60 seconds for our entire stay. I believe it said high temp but the refrigerator side was perfectly cool and the freezer side kept our frozen items frozen so I don’t know what the issue was. The other issue we had on the first night was the wifi connectivity was slow as our computers wouldn’t connect and while watching Netflix it just stopped working and buffered all night. The second night, however, everything was fine. Another issue we had was the light outside the entrance had burnt out so we needed to use the flashlights on our phones and it was a bit creepy especially since it is on the side of the house and there is no designated walkway. Overall, it was fine and we did love the fireplace and the large kitchen.

Exactly like the pictures
We were pleasantly surprised that the home was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, comfortable and easy. The initial email does state that only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided per bathroom, however we were surprised to find that there were several rolls available- we would not have purchased additional rolls had we known. Other than that the home is easily walking distance from the beach, the porch is pleasant and quiet and overall a great stay. The property manager was available via text and checked in to make sure everything was ok with our stay.

With the exception of "snug" fit of master bathroom (a shelf above the toilet would be helpful) house had everything we needed. Loved the location and the house - lovely street, short walk to beach and close to town. Definitely two thumbs up!

We could not have been happier with our rental experience! The property was spotless and updated. The cabinets were stocked with all we would need as well as supplying linens, towels and other essentials. The proximity to the beach could not be beat (walking distance), and Del Mar was great with all the details and their communication before, during and after leaving. The only thing I would recommend to the owners would be to have a little more storage for personal items in the master bath as well as more storage for clothing, but this was a minor detail to an overall beautiful home we would consider renting again. Awesome!
