Location, Location, location!! Our 2 story Cape Cod home is directly on the Ocean! It is situated on the warmest waters of Cape Cod, directly on Nantucket Sound with private sandy beach and private deck. Awesome for swimming and water sports; Spectacular views. Two kayaks are also provided for free! This home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and full baths on both levels. Living room on the 1st floor has a cozy white leather sofa, 3 sliding glass doors--a glass wall that overlooks your very own private sandy beach and the ocean. Family room is equipped with cable flat screen TV, wifi, internet access. 1st floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, another full bathroom, and a den/spare room w/Queen Futon that will make your stay more enjoyable. Master bedroom upstairs also has cable flat screen TV. Gas grill for outdoor cooking. Fully equipped and furnished. A true gem to accommodate your family for an oceanfront vacation that you will treasure forever!
Most of our guests in the summer weeks have been returning each year for the past decade! Activities include swimming, sunbathing, shopping, the Cape Cod National Seashore, biking and hiking trails, antiques, fishing, boating, whale watching, golf, mini golf, inflatable water park, arcade,trampolines, go carts, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, paddle boats, museums, and parks. Children will enjoy the ice cream truck driving by with bells ringing. Short stroll to restaurants, ice cream and playground. Loads of fun for all.

Within 1/2 mile of this beach house, down the mouth of the River, we also have a 4 bedroom house available for rent across from Parkers River with RiverViews and Private Dock with kayaks and stand up paddle boards included! amazing location with plenty of room!
I booked this for my best friend’s 50th birthday and there wound up being 7 adults and three 10-12 year old kids and there was plenty of room and lots of fun to be had. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean and spacious. Easy access to the private beach was a bonus with young children. The house was centrally located to all kinds of activities? We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place right in the beach! Beautiful location! The only thing we had an issue with was the low ceilings..all our boys are 6 1 or taller..but we made it work and all had fun! Its centrally located by everything.we enjoyed! Thank you for letting us stay!

Exactly as advertised. The location is cannot be beat - literally walk out onto the sand. Minor ant issue (it happens!) and it was handled promptly. Fantastic communication with the property owners, even on things that weren't specific to the house. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great family vacation spot
The location of this property could not be better and the views are amazing! Our family of 6 had plenty of room in this comfortable Cape Cod beach house. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Dawn was very easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. The whole family had a wonderful stay!

We all had an amazing time even with the rain! Such a beautiful location. Dawn is very easy to work with and responsive. The house is great, nice and clean. The beach was gorgeous. Just a great find. I am hoping to rent again in the future!

Beautiful weekend
We had a wonderful time, the beach was beautiful and the water so warm. The house was perfect for our stay! We would definitely come back! Master bedroom could use a new mattress, back is a bit sore, but otherwise, it was perfect! ❤️

Relaxing beachfront getaway!
This was our first time renting this property and we had an amazing time. Being right on the beach was so convenient especially with a four year old who still takes long afternoon naps. We were able to stay outside on the beach while she was resting, plus the beach toys that came with the house were an added surprise. We used the kayaks every day as well. Dawn was a pleasure to rent from, and we've already asked to reserve the same week next year. After renting many homes down the vineyard and in Maine, I think we've finally found our yearly family vacation rental!

Vacation Sick
Our family and friends recently rented this property and we were all very happy with our stay. The house accommodated all 10 of us very comfortably. The house is right on the beach, what more could you ask for with the beach and ocean as your backyard! The house is very central to everything and we didn't have to travel more than an hour to do any of our sight seeing. We will be returning to this spot again - guaranteed! We are already "vacation sick"!

Perfect Beach House
This is our second year staying at this wonderful Beach House right on the water. Plenty of room, very comfortable, nothing is missing to make for an enjoyable stay. New Kayaks were a big hit this year with the kids. Grandchildren are always safe due to the small waves, no rip currents, and soft sandy beach. This the perfect place for our family of 8. We would not stay anywhere else on Cape Cod. 5+ Stars all the way around. Dawn is a great owner and answers all calls and questions immediately.

Absolutely Perfect
This is absolutely the most perfect place to stay on the Cape. The house is huge and right on the beach. We had 8 people - 6 adults and 2 kids (7 & 4). The house is centrally located. Just minutes from Hyannis and great shopping. The Pancakeman and Pirate's Cove are just down the street. But why would you want to ever leave this place? Everything you need is right there. The owners are fantastic. Book this place. Now. You just won't get our week because we are coming back next year.

Efficient beach house
The house is efficient. I had higher expectations of the quality of bed, blankets, pillows because of the nightly rate (we brought sheets as instructed) The spring beds are outdated and uncomfortable, they need to be replaced that’s just matter of fact. The downstairs space is comfortable, we had rainy weather on the full day we were there. It was great to be right on the beach, it is clean and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. We liked the convenience of the kayaks and beach toys. We fully enjoyed the beach and the location there was a great restaurant 2 mins away- the skipper restaurant, highly recommend having a meal here.

Great Family vacation!
This was our first time renting this house and all we can say is... Location! Location! Location! Can’t get any closer to the beach than this house! Our toddlers loved stepping right out onto the sand to search for seashells and head to the water! We enjoyed walking the beach and fishing! The water was perfect and calm during our entire stay! The beach is clean and very private. The house is perfect for a family! Spacious and clean! Kitchen & laundry area was so convenient! The breathtaking ocean views start right when you walk through the front door and can be seen from all sides of the house. We found some fun local activities to do (go karts, arcades, ice cream), we even took a drive to Nauset beach (to try and see the sharks that were spotted close to shore!) and Lighthouse beach. We enjoyed all the family memories we created, before we left we were talking about coming back next year! Thank you for a great family getaway!

Location, Location, Great Place to stay!
What a spot for the whole family. Close to everything, Dining, Shoping, Miniature Golf, Pharmacy, etc. Very Clean, has everything you need for a Great Vacation. All rooms are extra large with plenty of space for everyone. We had 6 Adults and 2 Children (4-1/2 and 7). Owners respond immediately. Called them on Sunday morning at 11:00 AM and they arrived within 30 minutes to fix and open the lock on the Kayaks. Now that's what I call "Service". Beach is absolutely gorgeous, pure "Sugar Sand" with small seashells, 60 feet from the house at low tide and 30 feet at high tide, no big waves and no rip currents the entire week, great for the little ones. Kids loved the Jetty right in front of the house looking for crabs, seashells, etc. We are already reserving the same week for next year. Thanks for the Great Time. Sue & Phil M. Londonderry, NH

A great place to stay
The location of this house can't be beat. The backyard is the sand/ocean and it is a very easy drive to mini golf, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc. Our kids loved playing in the sand. We stayed here with another family with toddlers as well. There was plenty of space for everyone. I will also note that the dishwasher drain stopped working, but the owners responded promptly and had the plumber out within hours and the dishwasher repair person out the next morning. It was very much appreciated and great service. Overall, we would stay here again, but there were a few cons. The carpeted floors are rough for a beach house. It was impossible to keep the sand out, so the floor always felt dirty. We did use the provided (very old) vacuum daily, but it didn't do much to get the sand up. The home could also use some updated/safer furnishings. The coffee table in the living room looks cute at first glance, however one touch from a toddler will show that it is actually just seashells on a table with a hula hoop over the top to supports a large piece of glass. We pushed it into the corner right away, but the babies kept crawling to it, and it was a hazard we had to watch the whole time. Overall, I would recommend this home. The location is amazing, and it made for a great vacation. The home could definitely use some upgrades, but we still had a wonderful time

Loved our vacation!
This was such a wonderful week! It was a family vacation with our daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren. The house was perfect for our stay! We cooked most of our meals there, and everything we needed was provided - plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. The house is very well suited to a group like ours. Dawn was wonderful, and made sure we had everything we needed. I texted her with a few questions when we first arrived, and she got back to me immediately. The washing machine had a mechanical issue that couldn't be fixed when we arrived, and she promptly had the machine replaced. She did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. We especially liked how open the downstairs is, and the view looking out the front sliders is gorgeous. There aren't enough words to describe how nice it is to fall asleep to the sound of the waves right outside the window. Talk about relaxing! We enjoyed the kayaks and the assortment of boogie boards and sand toys. The kayaks were used every day, and everyone enjoyed them so much. We brought a canopy that we set up on the beach, where we spent most of our days. We took the kids to a show at the Cape Cod Melody Tent once, and we went out to dinner one night. There are grocery stores, drugstores, everything you could need within minutes of the house. Other than our few trips out, there was no reason to go anywhere but the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've reserved next year as well, and everyone is looking forward to it already. I'd highly recommend this rental, and can't wait to return!
