Oceanfront cottage. Private beach and deck directly on Nantucket Sound with spectacular ocean views, . Swim, fish, boat, tan in your sandy back yard. Enjoy free use of our kayaks. Sleeps 2-3. Queen size bed. Sofa chair also opens up into another bed ideal for a child. Full bath, galley kitchen, AC, Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, gas grill. Cottage is available by the week or by the month and weekends off-peak.

Activities a short stroll away include restaurants, icecream, playground beach, rental of water toys including kayaks, jet skis, para-sailing and race boat rides. This property is centrally located waterfront, address #51 south shore drive...enjoy your private beach or stroll down to shops, restaurants and public beaches along south shore drive. Mini golf, waterpark and Pirate Museum also nearby.

We loved the unit. Quaint and cozy cabin. Amazing water views and ocean smell fill the space. Strongly recommended for a quiet beach getaway!

Loved but new price is insane
Absolutely loved this property. The house was small, clean, and right on the beach. Perfect for 2 people. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I just went to book this place again for next year and the price has been raised to $600 a night. So sad, I wanted to go back but not at that price.

Beautiful location can’t be beat!
We had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s! The beach is amazing ! Wonderful to sleep to the waves lulling you. The kitchen was very well equipped to make meals and we thought the mattress was very comfortable. We walked the beach to The Skipper restaurant and had yummy seafood! Want to go back !

Perfect beach front cottage.
The location of this little gem is perfect. You can hear the waves crashing against the beach as you sleep and the beach is right out the door. The place was accurately described (small but everything we needed for a quiet weekend).

A little gem
This is my second time staying at this property and it continues to be a perfect little getaway. Came with my boyfriend for a quick escape. Love that my toes touch sand as soon as I open the front door. Truly a peaceful little spot. House is as described and nice and cozy. We slept with the windows opened and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. Loved the deck in the back with the Adirondack chairs. Hyannis port is a close 15 minute drive and has lots of restaurants and cute little shops. We also took the ferry from Hyannis to Martha Vineyard for the day. Perfect little escape to the cape!

4 days here and it was perfect. Literally step out the door and you are on the beach. It’s perfect for 2 people. The owner was super easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

A compact little cottage on the beach
We enjoyed our 4 night stay in early September. The weather was hot and muggy, so we were grateful for the air conditioning. The cottage is tiny but it had everything we needed to cook meals. We found the murphy bed to be very comfortable and easy to open and close.

Romantic beach getaway
This property was everything me and my boyfriend could’ve asked for. A perfect, quiet, romantic spot, with all the amenities needed. This quaint cottage did not disappoint our needs and there is nothing better than being able to wake up and fall asleep with the sounds and smells of the ocean in your backyard. We will be staying here again in the future for sure.

Lovely cottage
My wife and I have very sensitive backs, we had a difficult time with the mattress. We went to Job Lot and purchased an air mattress, which made our stay more comfortable. It was a little chilly but we found things to do nearby. All in all we had a very private stay at a lovely cottage!

Wonderful beach vacation
The neat cottage is right on the beach. You will step onto the sand at the front door. We spent our entire time at the cottage, enjoying the convenience of the location. At night we sleep with the soothing sound of the waves. It’s heaven. The cottage is small but has everything except linens. It’s a perfect place for a couple or family with one young child.

Compact, Cozy, Delightful
Perfect for two. Loved having the ocean at our doorstep. The Murphy bed was sturdy and comfortable. The small kitchen area was likely not suitable for gourmet cooking, but could serve well for basic vacation meals (We ate all our meals out. ). Overall, the cabin was clean and neat and cozy. The early May weather was cool but pleasant. Some of our time was spent (with jackets on) sitting on the deck drinking morning coffee while watching the ocean and the few people who walked by. We also did some walking on the almost totally vacant beach. A very peaceful and restful stay. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout. They stayed in contact with us via text throughout our stay and were quick to offer to remedy any problems (We had none).

Cozy, tiny cottage by the sea.
We had a very sweet time, we love and enjoy coming to the Cape every summer. This little cottage was very cozy and conveniently located next to the ocean. It is very small, the bed is a Murphy wall bed that you pull out. So for a couple or a single person is fine. I just feel like we paid way too much for the space. We loved and enjoyed the stay but we do feel it was a bit overpriced.
