Our cape is only a 1 minute walk to Wings Grove Beach, a fresh water pond beach in the neighborhood with a park for the little ones! Bring your SUP or kayaks and enjoy a morning on the pond. We are only 1.8 miles to Bass River Beach and 2.7 miles to West Dennis Beach, making beach days effortlessly easy and within biking distance! Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch with a pond view under the cherry blossom trees or fire up the grill and enjoy a family dinner on the private back deck! We are centrally located on mid cape and only 5 miles to downtown Hyannis, MA which has all the nightlife, good restaurants/bars. Take a quick .3 mile walk down the street to Cape Cod creamery at the end of a long beach day. This house will truly be the Cape Cod Retreat you are looking for!

Great getaway
Great location for our family with short walk to pond and nearby activities. The property owner was nice and communicative and the house was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend!

Très bel endroit à proximité de tous les services et près de très belles plages. Le quartier est magnifique et il y a un joli parc avec une plage à proximité. La maison est grande et nous avons eu assez de places pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Il y a tout le nécessaire. J'aurai apprécié par contre une corde à linge à l'extérieur pour les serviettes et les costumes mouillés. De plus, la douche extérieur pour le sable n'était pas fonctionnel. Sinon, tout était super.
