"Staff at the front desk was rude to a customer in line before us. Then was just quick and inattentive with us. The room was not nearly what the pictures online showed. There were patches of different colored paint on the walls. A drawer handle fell off when I touched it. There was a stain on my pillow. And small rust spots on the bathtub."

"We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back if we find ourselves in Wichita again. With their recent remodel they did a good job of updating while still keeping some of the hotel's original appeal. Our room was clean, the staff were kind and the breakfast was good."
