This first-floor 1-bedroom flat is perfectly located in the heart of South West Rocks, just 150 meters from the white sands of Main Beach. The flat comfortably sleeps 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in the lounge room.

Fully self-contained, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, and the flat also features Austar TV, a DVD player, a pedestal fan, and access to shared gas BBQ and laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available.

Centrally located, you can park your car and walk to Main Beach, Horseshoe Bay, Back Beach, cafes, restaurants, the Country Club, golf course, swimming pool, and the local pub.

Please Note: 'Wards Holiday Flat 4' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
