Offering the comforts of home, this well presented 2 bedroom villa is just a short stroll to the South West Rocks Country Club, sporting & recreational facilities including golf course, skate park, lawn bowls, swimming pool, soccer fields, tennis courts & walking tracks. There is a modern kitchen with plenty of bench space, good size shower with easy access and separate toilet. Built in robes in both bedrooms. Fully screened spacious rear patio great for relaxing overlooking bushland with access to walking tracks. Fully fenced yard.

The parking is off-street only. The garage is locked up and not available.

NB: This property is not serviced. You will need to bring your own sheet sets & towels. Linen can also be hired.

Welcome home
I walked into sunny nook and it felt like going back in time. I felt as if the owner could have been my mum or my aunts and they had just stepped out. It is such a welcoming warm lovely cottage, old maybe but we loved it. The little garden front and back was lovely, lots of flowers camellias covered in buds. And the back fully enclosed sunny deck. Loved it ,want to come crack soon. Walking distance to beach, sports club and town centre.
