Seaspray no.5 - South West Rocks

This recently reburnished 1 bedroom first floor unit has been tastefully renovated and is ideal for a couple. Ceiling fan in lounge room, well equipped kitchen and shared laundry with off-street parking. Very short stroll around the corner from the unit is our local shops and beach, you can park your cark and walk to everything.

Easy walk to Main Beach, Horseshoe Bay and the town centre.

Please Note: 'Seamist Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
