With vinyl floors throughout, 3 wall mounted TV's, ensuite to main bedroom and beautiful large bathtub in the main bathroom, own laundry with washer and dryer along with the fantastic cool shaded outdoor undercover area with gas BBQ for relaxing in the afternoons.

There is room in the front yard to park one car or a medium sized boat off the street and plenty of on street parking on the side street. No access to the garage.

Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.
