Comfortable, modern 2 bedroom unit with vinyl flooring to living areas. Located adjacent to Country Club and golf course. TV,DVD player, off street parking. Ideal for golfers and bowlers.

A southwestrocksaccommodation holiday offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day living. South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River. By car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. Some of the best scuba diving in Australia. The Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historical Trial Bay Gaol and the popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, tablecloths, etc. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

The property was in a good quiet location. Close to club, pool, golf and town. Clean and tidy. Only small issue was an unpleasant odour in the main bedroom, reported to the real estate.

Great Affordable Unit
The unit is located in a convenient location, a short walk to the beach and shops and across the road from the Country Club, where you can go for meals. The unit is well appointed with all the kitchen equipment you need, there is a large washing machine and TV and the beds are comfortable. For those who like kangaroos, I saw them nearly every morning hopping past the house, down to the Golf course. It is in a very quiet location, sometimes at night you can hear the sea. The peachy coloured walls are not as bright in real life, as they look in the photos. Very reasonably priced. I would happily stay here again.
