"The cottage was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed to end our UK trip. We were able to rest, enjoy the sun in the garden, and recoup from our adventure, before hopping on a plane home. Our host was kind and accommodating and responded very quickly. It's a beautiful neighborhood. The only thing to note is it is quite a long walk to/from the train stations and grocery stores. You will need a car or bus to get there."

"Four adults (two couples) stayed at the cottage during the Goodwood Revival. Great location, fantastic views and wonderful amenities at the cottage. We ended each evening with ping pong and pool! The kitchen set up was easy to navigate and the access to Liphook was useful for runs to the shop or even a take out pizza from Guido's. We wish the weather had been better to allow us to take advantage of the sitting in the garden area. Susie is a great hostess! "

"Stayed here in October, opened the door to a smell of cold & damp that never really went away. Heating kept resetting to cold & was out of our control. Daughter had to spray perfume to mask the smell in her room. Damp damage visible throughout. Hosts refused to stop the heating resetting so every morning & every time we came back after being out, it was cold & damp & smelly again. Nice enough cottage otherwise I suppose."

"My wife and I and another couple loved staying at Mallard Cottage. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and the laundry with a clothes dryer was really appreciated. The living area enjoyed floor to ceiling glass looking out on a sunny, relaxing garden which sloped down to the fast flowing river. It was a short walk in to the centre of the city. Hosts, David and Deepti, were welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this cottage to others."

"The location was perfect for long walks. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. There is plenty of space and the upstairs room, which we didn’t use, is ideal for a small family to have their own space. Plenty of hot water and the hosts were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend, especially for a family group. We didn’t take advantage of the go karts but I could see they’d be lots of fun for children."
