"Everything went really smoothly with my family's weekend trip.The owner was extremely helpful, understanding and very responsive. They even were concerned with my family size with the space provided but since we didn't need much it work out perfct. If you're looking for cute place to stay in city, I wouldn't even second guess booking this location again.."

"Location was great; right downtown near Wileys and Falls Park. Room was alright and bathroom was tiny and could use some deep cleaning but location made up for most of the drawback of size. "

"This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. Always had a great experience. Very clean, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend!"

At last minute, we were offered a rental in a unit on a private homes property in the suburbs across town. Not acceptable for our comfort or convenience to Declined, found a downtown hotel and told refund would be pursued by host Am still waiting on that refund- in addition slow communication is making me apprehensive that I may not get a refund. "The property was okay; not great, but not horrible either. Same with the neighborhood. We were disappointed not to use the hot tub or grill, as the hot tub smelled of mildew, and the grill and grilling utensils (which were left outside on the grill) were dirty.
