Past President Carter died less than a week before we checked in, flag should have been at half staff, but was at full masts I pointed it out the first evening, I received a so what look. The next morning 9:00 I pointed it out again this time saying I am disappointed with the hotel chain. Later they tried to lower it and it was frozen (it should have been lowered at the proper time and it would not be frozen. Second night it is still not lowered and probably can’t be. I believe the chain needs to send emails telling them when to lower and raise "
