"The place was clean, kitchen amenities were good and lots of storage space. No additional garbage bags are provided, so you are expected to buy more. Customer service was very responsive but not very helpful and it felt automated at times. Tub broke and we have two young children, wound up finding an onsite maintenance man to fix it since the repair ticket was never filled thru vacasa."

There was a strong cigarette odor that was hard to adjust to and the room kept dropping down to very cold temperatures (50s) even after we adjusted the thermostat. "My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a Spartan Race. We were super excited to see that the bus stop to the MT. was right outside our door. This would also be great if you were having a ski weekend.
