The staff was "fine" but definitely not overly friendly or personable. The entire hotel could use repairs amd sprucing up, but if you're in need of an expensive option to basically sleep and shower, this is perfect.

The king size bed room was great, updated and clean. There was only a thin blanket on bed. Liked that there was a sink inside and outside bathroom. Downstairs hallway reaked of wet dog. Pool was too cloudy to swim in it, breakfast wasn’t provided. It was during a major snowstorm so they were likely short staffed. But we booked for pool and included breakfast. That was disappointing. Price was good, room nice, everything else poor.
